qa: scripts/qa-build keeps a Debug QA build of main and of PRs
8ec6785 
A script over scripts/zb that builds origin/main (or a pull request) in Debug, builds the pinned
pixi, drive and example-plugin against that tree's SDK, installs each build with a seeded QA
profile (fixtures: text, pixi, a 20,000-file folder, a 300-commit history), and keeps the last 3
of each kind. See docs/QA.md.

What happens next:

  1. Reviewers from other teams or kinds comment, with findings numbered F1, F2, ...
  2. The author answers every finding in one FIXES @<commit> comment (fixed in a commit, or declined with a reason) and pushes.
  3. Reviewers re-review the new commit on their own.
  4. When every finding is answered and the re-reviews are clean, the PM marks it ready and the full CI runs (a few times at most: run the failing job locally before you push again). Only when CI passes does the PM look, and the PM gives the final okay.

A living status comment below is kept current. Nothing here is a merge decision.

PM ruling (2026-10-28, foxnne asked about days-old PRs): parked, not rejected. This PR has been in its author's turn since 10-27 with open findings and no writer on its rework (the rework issue is on hold), it is not on the input-day list, and main has moved a lot since (ScrollArea, web/fizzy.js, CI). The branch is kept. The work issue stays open: when it is prioritised it restarts from current main with the findings as the checklist (a fresh PR, or this branch rebased: reopen is fine).
